**** sake anyone would think you lot have Messi and Ronaldo up front how your going on. A few weeks ago you wanted shot of Simpson and now all of a sudden he is the best thing since sliced bread. Yes you have decent players but so do we. You would be very very naive and stupid to think this is going to be easy for you. I dont give us this Aluko crap either. We had Tom Ince (The best winger in the league this season) in our back pockets. Matty Phillips didnt get up to much either Both teams are full of very good players and it will be done to who performs best on the day
Knockaert is going to be better than Ronaldo according to some of my Leicester supporting mates, and he's apprently halfway there. Good enough for a top ten prem side easily Tom Ince isn't the best winger in this league, he's good but he's not a patch on Jamie Devitt. Then we also have Nick Proschwitz to come and destroy you, he's the next Drogba.
Happened against Burnley, NP saw what wasn't working and tweaked the formation, resulting in our 2 goals, i do agree that sometimes he is a "stick it out" kind of manager though. Expect the same team to start for us on Sun that did against Burnley. We haveto hope we put away our chances more often. Hes not that good, has to develop alot, hes still our little Ronaldo technique-wise
He looks alright but Canockert (as it's pronounced here for some reason) isn't any better than Aluko or Elmo, so he should be kept quiet. If he gets a run at the centre halves though, he could have a bit too much for Faye pace wise.
Nine ... but you have sold 12 seats, OLM having taken an extra 3 to recline upon as he did at Leeds ... Charlie unfortunately can't make it for a variety of reasons ranging from acute distate for the venue and it's inhabitants to a lack of pocket money ....
Knockaert is well up for this one - even been quoted in the Mercury - when asked whether he has a message for an in-form Hull he said: "You don't frighten us with your silly knees-bent running around mauled by the tiggers advancing behavior." Obviously he is still learning English but you get the gist ....
Unless I missed it I havent seen anyone say anything remotely suggesting that. Havent most people said it could go either way? You're the one saying Knocky will take the piss. Edit - and I for one think we'll lose. I can see 2-0.
Dyslexia playing up again Bob? ........ it's Dog bra ... he's going to be the next Dog bra .. and Knockaet's more like the next Messi to be fair ...
You sound like a Leeds fan... talking out of your arse. I've got 2 Leicester fans as best friends; and they're saying we should COMFORTABLY beat you. Ben Marshall is good... but not THAT good, he scored last year because of a horrid deflection taking it past Vito, Lloyd dyer isn't a patch on Sone Aluko or Stephen Quinn, Nugent is overrated and Vardy IMO is a crapper version of Aaron McLean. We played against better players in Becchio and Diouf on Tuesday and handled them just fine. And as for Knockaert; after watching the Leicester v Wolves game on the tele I'm not worried one bit. One thing springs to mind with your status of he'll take the piss... QPR a few years back saying "Tarrabts too good for you" and we handled him just fine. You will struggle on Sunday as we have the quality and A BETTER MANAGER
I'd be more worried about Nugent and Vardys pace, they aren't the quickest, but they will keep up the pace for 90mins. Tbh though most defenders dont have alot of pace, more about reading the game.
It could go either way on Sunday, it's going to be close. A win for us would be a serious marker following the Leeds and Bolton results. We've had a tough start so far (except the Millwall fixture) and I think Leicester is another every tough game where we won't be favourites. Brighton (H), Blackburn (A), Charlton (A), Bolton (H), Millwall (H), Leeds (A) and Leicester (A) is a very difficult start IMO. 10 points from those games might have been seen as a good return.
I always imagined Knockaert being pronounced like someone from Sheffield saying 'Knock Out'. I think this game could finish 3-3.
Nice to see Blackburn Rovers mess up last night but thats the championship for you. Not really a surprise result actually. Blackburn were lucky to beat us and Barnsley and draw @ TWS. So by monday night they could out of the top 6 depending on the other results. Interesting that the Mr Sing Singh/Venkys told Steve Kean that he had to have 16 points on the board after 7 games. Shame its only 14 now. What happens next ? TWT as always.
Blackburn didn't look a team that will be there at the end of the season fighting for promotion, I thought they were poor last night. Boro however do look good, and could be a force to be reckoned.
I like this quote in the YP from Steve Bruce Bruce said: “I have known him over the years but I can’t say he is a friend of mine or anything like that. Obviously, he used to be manager here so there will be a bit of an extra edge for some of the players who played under him. Do him SB way better manager and way better centre back.
