If relegation or promotion was abolished from the Premier League who would you keep, lose and promote from the lower leagues...?

Other than the lovely Leeds, I would like to see Crystal Palace from South London, Forrest, Wednesday & maybe Cardiff.
I don't see that the Premier League needs the likes of Fulham, Wigan or Norwich.

    Ditch: Fulham, Wigan, Swansea, Reading.

    Hitch: Leeds, Wednesday, Forest, Wolves.

Norwich have a good amount of fans, from a good city and have a good team. They're just moderately good. So let them keep their place.

I think most people would rather see Hull or Huddersfield in the Premiership than Leeds
