Its not our cup final, but I love it when we beat them...love it.
Secondly why were they singing about Suarez when they were playing Wigan? Its a feeble excuse on Fergusons part. Imagine if Liverpool were playing Newcastle, and Liverpool fans started singing ''Wayne Rooney only shags whores'' or 'Kai Rooney, John Terry's your dad'' then he would be the first to condemn Liverpool fans. Its not justified, and he's hypocritical.

The **** are you babbling about

I'll explain it for a moron like you to understand. On Saturday, Ferguson claimed a section of the Stretford End were singing about Luis Suarez, whilst you were playing Wigan. You get me so far ******? Supposing just supposing Liverpool were playing Newcastle, and Liverpool fans started singing about Wayne Rooneys fascination with kerb crawlers and the paternity of his son?

I reckon Ferguson would kick up a stink. So him saying it was about Luis Suarez is suggesting that its justfied. We all know that it is not. It would be justified if Manchester United were playing Liverpool, and they were taunting Suarez.

SKD, calm down and analyse what Ferguson actually said.

Fergie did say that it's a new song that has been in existence since the Suarez Evra incident. He did not say that it wasn't also about Hillsborough. Why would he condemn the song when talking about Hillsborough if he didn't think the song was in part about Hillsborough? The emphasis in his statement was on it being a new song. Perhaps he meant it is a new issue to deal with or that the people who sing it are new fans ie they don't understand Manchester United. But at no point did he say it wasn't about Hillsborough so you should just let that one go as it's clearly the latest thing to send you into a violently, bitter and irrational frenzy.

I know you desperately want what he said to be provocative as it fuels your hatred for him and United but even the media, who would love to stir up the rivalry right now, haven't been able to put a negative spin on it.

Actually he wasn't justifying it as he said he was disappointed in the fans who sang it last week with all that happened.

All I was asking was why were they signing about Luis Suarez when they were playing Wigan? It would be justified if they were taunting Suarez if they were playing Liverpool. All I did was make a comparison. It would be justified if Liverpool fans sang about Ryan Giggs' extramarital affairs and Wayne Rooneys fascination with grannies and hookers if Liverpool were playing Manchester United. However not if it were against anyone else.

Let me explain it in a simpler form for a mong like UIR to understand.
Its not justifed by Manchester United fans to sing about Liverpool players when playing anyone else but Liverpool. There is no excuse. In the same way, United fans shouldn't be singing ''Feed the Scousers' when they are playing West Brom. Where is the relevance?

Its a tradition to taunt Liverpool in the run up to the game.

and it was against Wigan, well known for their brilliant fans and how they help create atmospheres. What were we going to sing. You ate all the pies?

They ****ing did so whats the fun in that?

UIR - What happened to your signature you have and why remove some of it?

I just needed to make sure it was correct. The reaction showed it was haha. Since then almost every post he makes is about me <laugh>

Now I just sit back and occasional update my sig <laugh>

Keeps calling me a moron. Probably doesnt remember how badly I have embarrassed him over time.

West Brom have lots of tin food so we are just telling them to share <ok>

That still doesn't make any sense. There is only two song Liverpool fans sing that mentions Manchester United when not playing Manchester United are the ''We hate song''. However thats okay, because it also mentions Everton and Nottingham Forest. The other is the ''Bring on'' song

Here are the words
We hate Nottingham Forest
We hate Everton too (They're ****)
We hate Manchester United
But Liverpool we love you.

The other is
Bring on your Manchester United
Bring your cockneys by the score
We'll take you 2 by 2
And beat the **** out of you
Cos Liverpools the team that we adore.

These are okay, as they mention other clubs too. But why sing anti Liverpool songs when playing anyone except Liverpool?

They used to sing "are you watching Manchester" but recently they've been concerned that Manchester has indeed been watching and laughing!

what the **** are you saying?

were the Man U fans singing that song because
1) they are scum taunting a tragedy on a day that every other PL club supported Liverpool
or
2) they were singing a song about Suarez because of a tradition of taunting Liverpool and none of them had seen the news about the Hillsborough report?

Fergie, and you, seem to want it both ways
"it's disappointing and wrong, but here's a list of reasons why they are innocent and let's take any chance we can to bring up Suarez again"

Singing songs about Liverpool.

Did you misread the conversation or are you looking to get a now boring and tiresome argument back up and running. One you fellow Liverpool fans probably consider you a **** for doing so?
