Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson says he was disappointed to hear anti-Liverpool chants at his side's 4-0 win over Wigan on Saturday that some have interpreted as being in reference to the Hillsborough disaster."It is a new chant that only started after the Suarez situation," said Ferguson."I was disappointed to hear it. It is a minority. But in society there is a minority wanting to be heard." Even more denial...clearly trying to score points before the game this weekend.

Didn't exactly come out the best, why would they chant that if it was about Suarez....... when playing Wigan? To those United supporters who have lent the helping hand thanks, but wish Fergie didn't try to make an excuse for it here.

He had somehow managed to gain a bit of respect from me with his comments condemning it earlier in the week too. Seems to have been a bit premature

Agreed after all the **** that's happened what's the point in trying to point score? If you guys want to get bitter at people then stop worrying about anything Fergie says. Focus your attention on the ****ers who are the real root of the problem. Fergie knows it is the same old chants with a new twist since they whomever came up with the catchy line. It may have been altered slightly as of the Suarez\Evra thing but it's the same reference to hillsborough and now also a reference to Suarez, the chanting is for both and Fergie really does understand this, he's a lying **** Noone is too worked up one person apart.. we're just calling it as it is.. why do we do this, cos otherwise everything printed and reported goes unchallenged. It's one way incorrect information which sums up the fookin world these days. We feel the need to correct ****wit information
