In your own words, give us a reason to be cheerful, it can be Swans related if you want but it can can be anything that puts a smile on your face.

Well, keeping it Swans-related I thought we played some really good football yesterday. The first goal was against the run of play in a half that we bossed and Villa looked very ordinary. Totally outclassed them imo. If only we'd taken our chances.

Second half they improved and smothered us up front which is a testament to Lambert's organisational skills - he certainly has the hoodoo on us. Second goal was down to another Williams gaff when we had 5 forwards on and chasing the game.

Yes, sad we lost the game and worried where Williams's head is at right now but very upbeat on the way we're playing. Also, Hernandez is going to be much more influential for us this season than Sinclair was last time. He looks very very good.

The Swans do make me scream on occasions but they make me smile most of the time.:)

We have a lovely stadium and great support to fill it. I was at Getafe yesterday to see them play Barca. Stadium was only 3/4 full and the empty seats were home seats. Relatively new ground (guess 20 years old or thereabouts), but poor in terms concessions etc, only holds 17000 or so and poor atmosphere. Getafe beat Real Madrid 3 weeks ago; don't understand the supporters' thinking. ML must think he's managing at palace in comparison.

Britton came back !!... Was as cheery a day for me as I can remember . Little did I know , not only would he come back but come back with a bang !!! Half a Championship season , right into a superb 1st season in the Premier & now making his mark in his second season . Everything about Leon makes me happy .

7 points from 4 games - loadsa money in the bank (thankyou Liverpool!) - Michu for Allen (£13 million profit from those deals!) - Laudrup for Brenda (only £5 million from that deal - Huw what were you thinking?! ;) ) Tatey coming back in and playing a blinder (don't understand the criticism of him - puts his body on the line and is a true Jack B**tard) - Swansea fifth, Liverpool 17th (early days I know but still makes me smile) - strength in depth in the squad, looking stronger than last season IMO - Ki, after being asked if he will visit his mate in Cardiff replying 'am I allowed?' Huw Jenkins - a fe**ing diamond! My season ticket; cheap at twice the price for the entertainment I enjoy week after week! This board; though I don't agree with everyone, is still the first place I come after a match! DaiSwan - you sometimes make my head hurt but enjoy your posts! Being in the Premier League - the Chumpionship was fun but cannot compare to the EPL! It's like Christmas every week - Man U, Chelsea, Arsenal, Man City - much more fun than travelling to Scunthorpe on a pissy Tuesday evening! Our rise from potential oblivion to top flight football in a little less than a decade would make a great Hollywood blockbuster, but I feel that it would be considered a little unbelievable by most - that is how far we have come - from the brink of disaster to a top flight team punching well above their weight - so proud to be a Jack! ;)
