Agreed , he was lucky to get away without giving a penalty on JT though

Absolutely fantastic, have to admit I had massive doubts due to his age and lack of matches but what a game he had today.

Ok, it was only Torres but all the same!

Nelson and Cesar made the big difference from the Swansea game along with more quality in the middle

Solid as a rock. Absolute star. Toss up between him and Granero who should be skipper.

I think we found our solid, leader at the back!..marshalling the line, winning every header and good with the ball at his feet. Hes our Captain. Bosingwa was quality too and the other defenders fed off Nelsons leadership.

We never say as a club how much we've paid, but I did hear one reporter saying we got Granero for under 3 million. I think come the end of the season he could be viewed as the buy of the season. Looks good so far.

Granero was very good and I was surprised at how well he "mixes" it!! Faurlin however was simply out of this world!!

Inspiring performance. Commanded the back. Stepped up to face Terry at every corner and show him who was boss of his box. Kept Torres in his pocket (until he was hooked off and had his hissy fit).
