No one said we were unlucky, just that we hit the bar and it was unfortunate because it was a brilliant strike and 2 inches lower would have sailed into the top corner.
MON needs to have a look at the tactics here, we are sitting off far to much and too deep, we won't hang on, need more of that from Sess, lets get on the ball and keep it, push them back a bit
Agree... it's just frustrating how many we have that hit the post. How close our misses always are. Our misses are more accurate than most...lol. Actually I think the reason we hit the bar so much more than any other team is our shots are typically low power so either get caught or are too weak to go far wrong. If we hit with more power wed score more goals and have more wider misses.
Here's something I noticed: Borini gets the ball in the midfield, and as soon as he gets it, every one of our players stops and stares. "Someone else will move in to help him". No one does, and the ball is taken away from Borini, who was looking for someone to pass to. So everyone starts blaming Borini for losing the ball - yet it's not entirely his fault. That's about our entire game, for the past 2 seasons.
