why should he be arrested? it's every day there are private pictures like these taken, in hundreds of magazines... and no one gets arrested... why should it be different because of royalty?
Royalty are treated differently as nobody is interested in some random lass going topless and worrying about someone splashing it over the papers , its because its royalty its news ... apparently . He should be arrested , if you was to climb onto ur neighbours fence and start photographing the neighbour taking a shower you would be arrested , and that would be before the damage is done and the pic are published .
It shouldn't be different for royalty. If you are basically stalking someone, attempting to take pictures of them without their consent whilst they are on private property - you should be arrested.
under french law it is illegal apparently and the royal family are pressing charges. personally I think her tits look like 2 half fried eggs.

well that's your opinion but the point is no photographer does these days... so i don't see it happening this time round. She's entitled to do whatever she wants but she knows the risks... she's an idiot for not caring about them. I don't get why people are so protective of her or the family itself. what the **** do they do for you to deserve it?
