a few of us ( finglas, Belfast, kingdomhoop, corkeR, ) will be meeting in the kitchen bar in Victoria square around 6 tomoro if anyone else fancies meeting up. we'll be heading to the match after that then.
I'll be there too and looking forward to meeting my fellow not606ers and seeing some former QPR greats in the flesh.
Clonmany, How are you? I met you in Derry at the U16's tournament 2 years ago. Not sure what stand we are in but we are meeting in the Kitchen bar (see above). We have a spare ticket too as one of my group has cancelled. There will be 7 of us so you will have a bit of company?? Turn up at the kitchen bar at 6 and look for the hooped shirts.
Got to pick my two boys up from school before driving up to Belfast so might not make the bars. Still, it's only 3000 capacity ground so hoops should be easy to spot!
Clonmany, I sent you a PM with my mobile number. We have secure parking. Ring me if you want to park in the same area as us. Thanks.
Just got back. Had a wander round all the stands! Great evening! Parked right outside ground and very pleased to find wheels still on car on our return.! Thought the man of the match tonight was Jim Magilton !! Great to see so many old familiar faces on the pitch !
Just back in Dublin too. Really enjoyed the day. Met Inkedupp as arranged on the outskirts of Dublin. Got to Belfast and met BelfastR. Went to the pub and met all the other lads off this board. They really are a great bunch of lads and every single one of them are dedicated QPR fans. The game was very enjoyable. 3-2 to QPR was the final result. Two of our scorers were Paul Furlong and Kevin Gallen. Gallen's winner was a screamer from outside the area which he absolutely buried into the top corner. A word for Finney too. You are a very friendly bloke and made all us Southerners feel very welcome to Belfast. BelfastR you are an absolute gentleman and thanks for your hospitality. You made us feel very welcome and thanks for looking after the nephew and his bag of goodies which he is chuffed with. Enjoy the programmes and wear the new hooped shirt with pride. Thanks again. Kingdom, it was great to meet you again. Inked, I hope you got home safely to Waterford. Enjoyed the chat on the journey. Here's to meeting you all again very soon. I know Macca is smiling tonight. One very proud R.
