No chip on my shoulder but there appears to be a whole sack load on your shoulders, you come here criticising the way we play football. Yet we are in a league higher than you, even your manager wants to play a game on the floor instead of the route 1 crap you've played for years. So as been said on here dyer should have a chance, look what TeamGB did with Swansea players in it, they played better than England did
Sorry, but the I thought players are picked on form. Milner, Johnson, Wallcott & Chamberlain all not playing at present for there respective clubs. I thought Nathan deserved a call up for the Euros so not to get picked now with him in great form you have to wonder what the hell is going on with the England set up. I thought Roy Hodgson would be brave and give talented form player a go, but how wrong was I.
dyer is the best winger in the premiership at the moment and as a player out wide with his speed then it wont matter what type of football is played...
the tippy tappy rubbish was typed in jest. point being that the current england squad cant play possession football, just ask capello, eriksson, hodgson etc. i disagree dai, hodgson requires wide midfielders to be grafters who get back and defend. that means more milner less dyer. and valley i'm here to discuss dyer, i know you're obsessed with cardiff and thats fine, but try and cut out the abuse eh
Then you should have been clearer, Swamp. One might suspect that it was deliberate to get a reaction.
Obsessed with Cardiff ? Listen pal I don't give a **** about your team. They like you are in a different league to us, the only club I obsess about are the swans. But I can see you are also obsessed as you spend more time here than in your lower league forum.
Sorry Swamp I have to disagree about Milner. Dyer does a huge amount of defending his work rate is second to none.
never, totallly agree, as i said earlier. Dyers defensive qualities go unoticed. He is a hard working player. Then again the likes of swamp, must know as he watches him every week, on match of the day.
Wrong lads we are in wales they dont know we exist ,as you say form should come first on Dyers form he should have made the team did sinc get in know he is at l/pool
Let's just see who skins who on Saturday. Shackles are off Johnson apparently so could be a good contest.
Sorry to harp on about this. But it is now starting to wind me up. Starting to wonder if it is because we are a welsh club. I know i shouldnt say it. But this guy has had 2 good games for Liverpool and straight into the squad. Dyers 2 years of good game and still being overlooked. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/fo...gland-squad-after-Theo-Walcott-falls-ill.html
Swamp get a grip with that statement. What shape do you think Sterling is playing a t liverpool. It certainly isnt 4 4 2.
Is there a harder working winger in the premier league?? Nathan always gives 110% whether it be in attack, defence or pressing. He consistently tracks back to help Rangel out and is always the first to break away in attack. If Woy wants a hard working midfielder for the wing then Nathan would be perfect. As for sterling, isn't he be used in a system that dyer was last year? So how does he suit the 4-4-2 better than dyer swamp?
We are Premier League and it's killing ALL of them. The omissions can only be because we are a small Welsh team. There is no other logical reason for picking 2 players that have done very little in poor teams. The media won't pick up on this story either, because they've convinced themselves and the rest of the UK that we are a flash in the pan and the only explanation for us proving them all buffoons on a weekly basis is that Brendan Rodgers is a genius.
I understand your frustration and how dyer is considered behind sterling is a joke. We feel a similar way at norwich with some of our players not getting a look in. They seem more concerned about what club they play for rather than how well they are playing. They should earn their caps not just play 2 games! And dyer is certainly a much harder working player than johnson who does nothing defensivley. Saying all this it is not at all suprising England making poor decisions its been happening for years.
