Allegedly, Malouda and Paulo are banned from the first team car park, banned from the Christmas lunch, forced to play in the reserves behind closed doors, and train with the under 21 s. Can't see much difference from AVB. If it's true, I am very dissappointed. Thought Robbie was bigger than that.
't Allegedly being the operative word, but like you say 'IF' it's true think it's well over the top especially in Paulo's case imo he's been very good player for us over the years and doesn't deserve to be treated like that. As for Malouda what ever it takes t make him FUG ORF!!!!!
I thought you were taking the piss about them being banned from the Christmas lunch! Just read the article......Malouda I dont give a **** about but Paulo deserves much better than that!! We need to get rid of Malouda in January, even if its for just a million or two.
Totally agree about Malouda being sold, but still he doesn't seem a bad bloke, just lost his form due to age probably. Still think no one should be treated like that, not even Malouda. Chelsea should be setting standards of behaviour not following the lowest common denominator. What happened to the FAs' "Respect" campaign ???? Didn't we sign up to that ?????
I see the article mentions Malouda but no Paolo! I cant see Robbie mishandling a thing like this! Either he has had a personal bust up with Malouda, or the sanction has come from upstairs! Its clear that our summer signings will guarantee he is never going to get another game and he's reacted in the worst way to it!
I would imagine if Malouda is being treated this way, it is because he did something. My guess is he was firmly in RDM's plans this season then went and did something stupid like try to get his agent to arrange a big money final move without telling the team, unlike Drogba and Anelka who discussed their moves long in advance of any deadlines. Chelsea wouldn't have known and have been down one experienced left winger. It fell through and he's now in the dog house until either he can prove his loyalty to the squad or not. Given the release to the press of his side I guess it is going to be the latter. Chelsea notoriously do not comment officially on internal matters. RDM will not be giving any press conferences about this. As I say this is all a guess.
IF It's true then I'm very disappointed. Nobody deserves that treatment. AVB did it with Nic and Alex, both were still very good players IMO.
Let's not be too hasty with this guys. 2 sides to every story and the only one we're hearing at the moment is the tabloids/journos
I think you guys should of tried to get rid of the likes of Essien, Malouda and Ferraria before the deadline. It would have been in intrest of both parties of players????
We did make the players available but a proposed Malouda move fell through due to wage demands I understand, Michael Essien was loaned out to Real ( very interesting move that ) and nothing happened with Paulo, who in my opinion is still a handy squad player. Whatever the truth about Malouda and Paulos situation, it's not a good look for Chelsea.
