A mod or article editor has to do it. 'Promote to article' at the bottom left of a post. Anything particular you think is worthy of attention?

    Let me know bruv.

Eire, Swamp here was wondering about the ins-and-outs of how a thread can be promoted to article status on this site. See the not606 front page left-hand panel for more details.

AKCJ, fair point. Still, there's no need to start trying to get our threads shut down just because your forum's dead (in the words of your own members). <laugh>!

Whilst we are all on this page. With the free flowing banter we have with teams like Cardiff and Leicester, shall we all agree that the home team does the match thread, and the away team uses that thread?

y not, sadly you dont get much discussion nowadays because of no cross board threads being allowed.....

so it could be a good idea......<ok>

That's a good idea. You could make a pinned and locked thread on the non-hosting forum with a link to the hosting forum's match thread. <ok>

Much prefer to mingle than have a boring thread of our own which mainly just consists of

    'come on Leeds'

    'this is the team'

    '1-0 to Leeds/opposition'

    'well/badly played, Leeds'

Jerel loves the fun and games with Watford fans especially.

Sounds like a plan. Think the home team needs to do the match thread nice n early, say Wednesday. Mick is going to reintroduce cross match threads, I too, miss them
