    Leon Knight,what a prick.

On another note, who would you prefer to lead the line with Becchio? Beckford or Maynard?
I think Beckford, the partnership them two had was very good and Becchio has improved alot since then. 1 striker, 1 winger, 1 right back and we will be up there certainly with the players we are looking at I think. Remember Warnock seems to have players who arent a massive name as such but work as a team.

I want Becchio to play up front on his own with an AM like Dobbie or McGugan behind him. We already have McCormack if we want to play 4-4-2, can't believe people are being drawn in by Colin somehow deciding we need strikers. We need 1 CB, 1 RB, 1 AM and 1 or 2 wingers to be anywhere near competitive.

Mccormack is probably going to leave isn't he though. Becchio is really important I think,he falls over too easily but he's a quality player for us.

I still think we need to replace Becchio. People will disagree with me however

I dont disagree with you Josh, i like Becchio but as Enoch says he falls over way to much. I think Paynter stays on his feet better. <yikes>. If we are looking at promotion we need a better striker than Luciano but i would keep him in the squad.

Becchio on his own up front with someone with pace in the hole behind him. If Neil Warnock comes up with the good with Lee Peltier, David Templeton, Mackael-Smith and keeps a hold of Martin Cranie as central defence back-up I would be over the moon.

Becchios injured again which is going to hamper his pre season fitness again. last year that left him playing catch up and contributed to his **** form early on. hope that doesnt happen again

Sounds a little more than a niggle then, let's hope he is back sooner rather than later.

Why is everyone always so intent on us resigning ex players. I am struggling to think of an player who left a club (not as a youth/ under 20) and has gone back to a club and it been a good thing. IMO better to look forward and not back. If Beckford came back the whole team dynamic would have to change. He served us well but lets move on.

Wanting someone like Derry back is different to wanting Beckford back. Beckford still has years in him and was a brilliant player for us. He did a ok job in the premiership and with the current management he'd perform. I'd take him back 110%
