Hi All Posted a thread earlier to ask if anyone fancied doing an international Prediction thread both Sheep and H bomb have suggested that if we get enough interest it would be easy enough to set up. We could also have a bit more fun with this one by making it a Cardiff Jacks challenge as it's our national team. So I guess post your predictions on here and if we get enough interest we will run it if not it will fall by the way side. Same rules and scoring as our Cardiff leagues but if anyone hasnât seen it here they are again. To make the league more interesting you now need to predict the Wales Goal Scorers to match your prediction as well. The Correct Scores and Correct Results stay the same as the Cardiff prediction scoring. Score line CS = 3 pts CR = 1 pts Scorers You get a point for every correct scorer you predict to a maximum of 3. You get an extra point if you predict an exact situation, both scorers and score line. So you can now claim a max of 7 points by guessing a 3 -0 score line and all Cardiff scorers right. You can predict the same scorer twice. If you get a 0-0 right you get four points.
0-3 belgium please ccfc. hazard, and mirallas x 2. might be going to this i think its £20 adults £5 kids, or is it £15 adults, thats what someone on CCFC forum said...?
Wales 0 - Belgium 3. scorers Fellaini, hazard and dembele. I cant see Wales winning another game until they get rid of the clown Coleman.
Agree with the above about Coleman, he does not come across well, infact he comes across with the mimimum of intelligence. Wales 0 Belgium 1 own goal
I'll go for 2 - 1 to Wales. Got to show some patriotism here boys!!! Bale and Morrison for Wales and and Vertongen for Belgium. I have a spare ticket for the game if anyone wants one. Purchase price was £20 but I will sell for £15 cash, Ninian Stand. The only downside is you will have to sit by me and my mates.
i'm going with a few mates so i'd prefer seats next to each other BFB. anyone seen southall saying on BBC that he'd be 'disgusted' if it isnt a full house? http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/19512079
I don't want to take the thread off subject! But it is amazing how poor the Wales Attendances are! but when I go and watch them I don't see any passion in half the welsh team! Do they even know the welsh anthem, maybe the change needs to be made at the roots of the FAW before he starts pointing the finger at us fans!
No worries Swamp if I get no takers on here I will probably shift it at the queue at the ticket office before the game. It has always worked before when I have been left with a ticket. A buyer gets the ticket for £5 under ticket price and doesn't have to hang around in the queue. If what Jonathan Ford say is correct we should get at least 22/23k tonight (which is broadly acceptable to me, although 25k would be better). However I'm not sure what his definition of "only but a few" means. It is grammatically poor if nothing else. Looks like Belgium won't use their full allocation. I assume that is the usual 1,800. It would be a shame if more as it would leave more empty seats due to segregation needs. Mind you, like our game v. Huddersfield I absolutely hate Friday night football. It is blatantly obvious EUFA gave no thought to the fans in making the decision to move to Friday nights. Unlike our game, they can't use Sky TV as an excuse although there is a similarity between Huddersfield and Belgium in getting fans to Cardiff on a Friday night with the distances and travel involved. I am sure Huddersfield would have brought double the 550 who came if the match had been on a Saturday. Coming from Belgium, Belgian home based fans will have had to give up a whole day's work, at least, to make the journey and that is pretty tough when a Saturday game would have lessened the problem. From my perspective a Saturday Wales home game means a day and night out for me and many others so I guess the local bars and restaurants won't see the same level of trade either. I think Platini must be running a brain in for an idiot!!!
