    Morning Everyone,

Leeds have given strikers Peter Poloskei and Sean Myler trials at the club as Neil Warnock looks to cheaper options to improve his squad in anyway. The pair played for the development squad against Wigan Athletic and played their part in a 3-1 victory at Elland Road.

Diouff has let slip that he turned down offers from the middle east to stay at Leeds, where he is on £5000 a week. That figure seems quite fair to me...

Not much else to talk about at the moment folks <wah>

Morning all. This is the same Peter Poloskei that Coventry said no thanks too.

    Great. <cheers>

Morning Elland, morning all. Coventry may have turned Poloskei down & we may be trying to improve the squad on the cheap. But hey, we are where we are. The last cheapy forward we uncovered didn't do too badly for us.. some guy called Beckford as I recall.

I trust Warnock to make the right call. No harm in offering him a trial, especially as he helped his cause no end by scoring.

Nice to see Diouf putting side before self. £5k a week doesn't seem too bad for him at the moment. Should ensure he gets a healthy pay increase if he helps us back into the PL for next season.

Morning Boggers <ok> Massive difference in Beckford. He had the raw potential and clubs were sniffing around him. It was a matter of time before he got snapped up!

Morning Kissa <ok> I see your hero is now on Twitter <cheers>

I'd like to see Poleon contuning his devolpment with a few run outs as a sub or even in cup games. Theres potential there, he will be on cheap wages and will only improve. Kids got an eye for a goal as well, did you see his strike yesterday? I posted it in the morning all thread. A finish any striker would be proud of!

Morning, great goal from a decent prospect, but he is a deep lying forward and I got the feeling Peter Poloskei was been tested as a target man, possibly as Somma is not expected back for quite some time.

Morning Steve <ok> Did you do the Mersey Island run at the weekend?

Cant believe Keogh's strike rate for you guys. Is it 1 in 2 or something real close to that?

My Neice went to her first Wall game Saturday. Think my Sister will be sending her more often as she came back without a voice <laugh>

If he's good enough sign him up. What's not right for Coventry may not mean he's not right for us. Different circumstances and all and we do need another striker if Diouf and Varney will be playing midfield this season

I'd rather give the place to Poleon. Poloskei's return in a weaker league doesnt look promising!

Makes you wonder why we signed Gray as well, why are we even considering players of this quality when like you say we have Poleon, we already have McCormack and Becchio we have Gray as back-up and Somma about 8 weeks away?
