Congratulations on the victory against a very good Blackpool side, and I'd heard from a family member who's a Leicester supporter, that you dominated the game and all the chances were Leicester's.

I've seen the replay of the tackle on Vardy and I have to say, you were lucky to get to get that because to me, that's not a penalty at all. The ball was won and Vardy put his foot in and jumped on the ground in theatrical fashion.

But nevertheless, great result and well done boys.

Rather than starting another thread on the subject, just see the "Sorry - He has to go for this" thread regarding the penalty and the other peno shouts that weren't given.

Certainly not true that all the chances were Leicester's as they hit the bar among other chances, but we were the better side.

Congrats on your win over Bolton. I think early season is a good time to play them as I think they will settle down to become a force.

Combine the last 15/20 mins of Charlton and the whole 90 mins of Bolton, then it's the best 115/20 mins I've ever seen Hull City play. We looked like a side capable of dominating games and we look threatening for once.

Watching the highlights of Leicester, you looked as though you're players are finding their feet too.

    I disagree.

Look at the slow-motion view, from behind the goal, and you can clearly see there is contact sufficient enough to push Vardy (who is not the biggest) over.

You'll also see that contact is made way before the ball is touched.

There is no way he dived or even made a meal of it.

Its not a penalty, but that does not mean it is a dive. When you get tackled, often you fall over as the ball gets pushed against your foot and so momentum takes you over. I play upfront when i get tackled i often fall over. Not as a dive, and not throwing myself to the ground, but because thats what happens.

IMO wasn't a pen but we should of had one for tackle on Dyer a few minutes earlier. Think the ref realised he made a mistake and took the opportunity to rectify it

You need to find Vardy a new strike partner, is there a striker called Laurel?

There is one called Heskey that would do the job - for every comedy miss, he'd set up half a dozen.

I'm surprised someone hasn't signed Heskey. Or Owen for that matter. There's some good players that are free and for grabs that I saw on MOTD such as Klasnic, Owen, Heskey, maybe not Hargreaves... etc

He's almost as bad as 'Glass Back Kirkland' <laugh>

Similar to Bullard too... Just seems as though he tries to move from team to team which tends to be the ones paying him way over the odds, feeding them some sort of bullshit, getting injured, and then getting paid for making 3 appearances in 2 full Seasons.

    I don't hate Bullard... <whistle>

The worst thing he did was go to man city when he clearly wouldnt play. Should have gone to west brom or us.

Still a good player if you can nurture him right. Id take the gamble at this level, is a game winner.

    I would like Heskey...

Heskey needs to come home, would love to see him here and maybe become the next Chris Powell, without the leaving to get into management bit <ok>
