Just giving you chaps the heads up (if you didn't already know) that the bookies in the ground is now called Bet Butler and in my opinion is a joke. The only ways to collect any winnings is either... by opening up an online account... or waiting until the next home game to collect. Neither option is helpful, especially if you are going on a match by match basis. Just thought I'd let you know that it may be best to place your bets before going to the game in a Ladbrokes or a Coral type outlet to ensure you can pick up any winnings.
I believe these are in all the grounds in the premiership (must of bunged the prem guys a few bob) I don't gamble, so wouldn't have a clue about it but having to wait for your winnings if any, is a bit stupid afterall they take your money off you straight away
Collected my winnings today. Massive queues too. One poor lad on his own and in the end I was 2 minutes away from having to wait until the next home game as there is a cut off at kick off.

Can't see them lasting long. I saw some fans really complaining and one chap threw his betting slip at the poor lad as the queues were so long. poor kid it wasn't his fault.
