I still haven't seen a replay of the start which clears up whether Maldonado's start was fantastic or illegal. If it was clean it's one of the best starts I've ever seen.
Can't see that myself. He just plain squeezed Hamilton as he came from right over the other side of the track to try and block him.
Yes, Hamilton should have braked earlier, so that someone could have gone into the back of him. Blame for that crash is solely Grosjean's, didn't leave Hamilton enough room and then they locked wheels.
Just seen the Charlie Whiting start shot: definite jump. Shame really. His failure is so much more enjoyable when he shows flashes of brilliance and then throws it all away. Alonso sitting in the garage looking a bit grey. But as Ben says, the main thing is that he's ok. One more collision and the back three teams might start believing they can sneak 10th.
