ha.. aye definitely a typo that should have read 'half a dozen'.. my apologies. Oli does seem to split opinion.. McKenna's twice the player in mine and the sooner that classy chap is back the happier I'l be.
This is why I decided this vote was a good idea. I though Amos could do better with the goal, and his distribution, especially in the last 20 was just kick it as high as it would go. I also thought Olly was very good, he got the ball without the need to make a last ditch tackle because of his reading of the game. Apart from Corry Evans before today every player who'd had got at least a vote, just shows how people watch games differently.
1) FAYE 2)ALUKO 3)ELMO NB. There were a few others who also had good games but i can only pick 3. Quinn was a slow burner who got going in the later stages of the first half and 2nd but not in my top 3. He looks very good though.
1/ Simpson 2/Quinn 3/Elmo It's great that it's difficult to pick my top three for yesterday. A superb team performance
1. Quinn 2. Simpson 3. Elmo And a special mention to E1, the sound was great. All round a top performance. Should have been 4-1 though. And finally Kevin Davies is a diving twat.
Difficult one this week due to a fantastic team performance. 1. Quinn 2. Simpson 3. Aluko Elmo, Bruce & Faye were all in the running for my top 3. Thought we looked the business yesterday and really enjoyed the game. UTT!
Simpson Oli Quinn Elmo spoilt his perfomance with those two crazy back passes in ther last ten minutes.
I didn't make it over to the match. The thing that strikes me is the very broad scope of who people are suggesting. Normally its very clear cut and the choice is relatively simple. This implies a good overall team performance.
Final score: Simpson Quinn Aluko Of the players who started at the weekend, only Robbie Koren didn't make anyone's top 3. Who'd have thought we'd ever see that when we've scored 3 goals!? Meaning we now have: Aluko 9 points Chester 8 points Simpson 5 points Dudgeon, McLean 3 points Stewart, Amos, Quinn 2 points Koren, McKenna 1 point Only Chester and Abdoulaye Faye have had a vote from every game this season.
