............Kenny Peltier Lees Pearce Drury Byram..Brown..Austin..White ......Becchio McCormack Subs Ashdown EHD Varney Gray Poleon Kissa Norris(doubtful) Midfield balance was spot on in the cup game and would keep same Midfield. Looking at really Tough game and a 1-1 result and 26000 crowd
Only change from that squad would maybe to play EHD instead of White, though it would not be so balanced. Brown is a good retainer of the ball, and so is Diouf
Is EHD available for us? Hope so Tempted with EHD start with Becchio up front but difficult cos McCormack made goals Good difficult decisions for Colin
If we're playing 4-4-2, then it's a team I'd like to see out, however I'm not so sure about the boy Byram. Isn't he perhaps due a rest? He's only a wee boay. Still think it may be (4-2-3-1): ................. Kenny .................. Peltier ... Lees ... Pearce ... Drury ........... Brown ... Austin ........... .. Varney ... EHD ... McCormack .. ............... Becchio ..................
Varney & Peltier were very poor yesterday and we defo missed a trick not starting Aidy white and Sam Byram
Dont worry NW will be onto it, not like Grayson, Peltier will have had his ears warmed over his performance.
My Team for next Game ..........Kenny Peltier Lees Pearce Drury Byram...Austin....White ....EHD.....McCormack ........Becchio Subs- Ashdown Norris Varney Brown Kisnorbo Gray Poleon Brown was great in the cup game holding and releasing Austin who had his best game for the club. Alternative ..........Kenny Peltier Lees Pearce Drury ............Brown Byram...Austin..McCormack ......EHD......Becchio subs- Ashdown White Varney Norris Kisnorbo Gray Poleon
I like your second team Colin, allowing Diouf and McCormack to switch at will. Possibly I'd put in Kisnorbo ahead of Lees, but not sure of his stamina or speed yet. EDIT: Second thoughts. I would just swap Lees and Peltier round as I think Pelts is great at CB
