Zamora - he tackled back today - he took the ball off people. Bandaged head. Was up for it. Challenged the ref. Scored. Held the ball ok in second half. Other would be Park - can I vote twice?

granero looks quality. this may be far fetched but I think we need to build the team around him and faurlin.

Zamora, Nelsen and Faurlin (so good to see him back) all very good, but Granero, given 24 hours in the country, playing in a new team in a new league, looked the real deal, much better than we had a right to expect in the circumstances. And he can deliver from corners!

I thought that there were a lot of positive individual performances yesterday, and I can't fairly select a MOTM

As others have said Zamora, Park, Granero, Nelsen and Faurlin all played very well, but the workrate from Johnson and SWP certainly deserves a mention. And the Boss at RB has certainly settled in very quickly

Nelsen...led from the back and is a steady rock we have been crying out for.

Granero was a class apart, Nelsen worth mentioning in despatches for bossing the defence and Johnson for never giving up...
