the "expert" with him was Barry Horne he is a total twonk - if I was as bad at my job I would be sacked tommorow
Thanks for the info, I think they are live streams, its 5.15 in the afternoon here so it will be almost midnight when that starts and I will be in a bar very drunk watching Steel Panther then celebrating our unbeaten start!!!!! Stupid Sky Go wont let me watch it out here too. so I cant even watch skysports news.
Unless Jimmy gets his act together, anyone who plays left back is going to struggle. He looked at least a yard short, let people drift off him and was poor going forward. It would have been a brave full back to push up in support of him, as he lost the ball most times. Lets hope he gets it out of his system and steps up from now on.
When I lived in the states I used this to access bbc iplayer and sky player, it costs a little but it never let me down http://openvpn.net/
I live in spain and i can get bbci player by using expat shield. It generates an ip address in uk. It is also free.
Chico's first challenge was fair. Got the ball and his studs wern't exactly "raised". It was a red card for the Saha tackle though, although Saha wasn't even touched, so he did make a meal out of it. The booing? There wasn't any, not from Sunderland fans anyway, so very unfair of the Mag's to try and say otherwise.
When I first saw the sending off I was shocked but the more I see it it's just a stupid challenge! I agree Saha made a meal of it. However the first tackle was a disgrace.
Sorry tony I disagree on the first tackle, it was a hard one yes, but he clearly was going for and got the ball. Him going off on the Saha foul was justified but probably half the refs would yellow card that
We'll have to agree to disagree on that one valley. However I thought Swans were very good. Dyer and routledge caused us problems all day. Two great goals from you too! Michu is a menace too.
Yeah Michu is a top signing dyer and Routledge are going to terrorise defences this season which is great as for Chico yep agree to disagree. I liked fletcher for you, a top signing
Managed to watch it, we looked very good, am amazed at the praise we got from the pundits!!!! Fletcher does look a good signing, I know its early days but he looks like he could be a decent replacement for Bent.
WE got heaps of praise but in all honesty, having watched it live yesterday afternoon (on a telly in a pub anyway) I thoiught we were very poor at times and LArsson, McClean, Sess and even Johnson for large parts of the game (who all got singled out) were bloody awful at times. Still, played below average and still got a point. Our new striker has 2 goals in 1 league game and I'm chuffed to bits.
Thing is if you not losing and playing badly when it clicks and we play well......... you never know we could have a good season, lord knows were due one.
I don't think we played badly. First half we were decent, more than matched Swansea. Fletcher took his goals really well. Catts getting injured meant we lost a lot in midfield and Meyler seems to have lost any pace he had. Still the lad needs game time. Second half we were poor and we were carrying too many passengers. Hopefully these two weeks will give our new players time to get fitter and gel.
Tony I disagree with your summing up. These players SHOULD be fit by the 3rd week of the season but clearly McClean was puffing on the hour mark; Meyler was buggered after only 30 mins of coming on and generally we lacked any kind of drive and energy for that last 20 mins. We did our usual sit back and invite the equaliser when we should have been pushing on for the win. I didn't see any Swansea player huffing and blowing in that last quarter of the game. If they had kept 11 men on the pitch they would have won imo and they still looked fitter and busier with 10 men than we did with 11. I am a little concerned at our general level of fitness personally. Its not match fitness I'm talking about (which is more awareness and sharpness) but rather this is general fitness which I expect all athletes to be able to meet. We looked sluggish at Arsenal, never got tested v Morecambe but looked totally knackered again yesterday. We are only 3 games in and that's a real worry for me. Catts is the fittest bloke at the club imo (not in a I'd like to shag him way before the jokes fly in Lol) and when he went off we lost all our drive.
Think it will be on there from midnight tonight, or maybe midnight tomorrow. I remember reading about it somewhere
