Fingers crossed Stewart goes away, gets back to the player he was pre injury and comes back here ready to rip up defenses for us, the lad has obvious quality he just needs to hit form again.

Did anyone hear radio Humberside last night. Brucie had turned down two 'cash offers' yesterday for Stewart as he says he has a future here and wanted him to get some games in on loan. Didnt say how much they were for or from where.

    Quality comment chazz

And its not so much people wanting Stewart to leave or even do badly, Just at this moment in time hes not producing the goods for us, and the fact people are jumping on Bruce's decision to loan him out, even when hes brought two players in with far more experiance and end product that i find annoying.

Bruce needs end product now not 2 years down the line, Like i said a change of scenery and a bit of game time at another club that arnt in as much as a rush as us to get promoted wont do him any harm, and from what ive heard Stewart actually asked to go out on loan after talking to his agent.

So lets lay off Bruce eh

Get him some game time elsewhere and he could come back the player we bought.

I think his problem is that he is a bit thick, by which I mean he makes poor decisions at the critical times. Be it 3 too many stepovers or running too close to a team-mate in possession and limiting his options.

Needs a bit more of a footballing brain imo.

I think it will probably do Stewart good to have a fresh start at another club to get his confidence back. He always looked quite nervous in front of our crowd probably because he knows he has had a lot of criticism which I don't think he takes very well. I was happy with the game yesterday and it was a fantastic 20 minutes just after half time. Went a bit off the boil towards the end but at least we got some goals.

Cam might come back stronger and wiser. Although, he could go down the other path and get worse.

I wish him luck but not when we play Burnley.

Think this thread is jumping the gun a bit- it's been one match.

Should watch Tom Inces game and take note from some of his decision making at the vital moments, could learn alot and improve.

I've no idea how he's still in the Championship, he looks every bit a Premier League player.

I think he felt he owed Ollie for giving him a chance, I remember reading an article with quotes from him saying as much. There was interest in him, but Blackpool unfortunately for us held onto him. Whereas Matt Philips put in a transfer request as Southampton were interested, but nothing materialised there.

Nottingham Forest and Burnley. Burnley have him On Loan until January. Stewart chose them as its closer to where he comes from.

Spot on with what Ince has said. Blackpool dont need to sell. But sadly if they dont go up this season Ince will go.
Blackpool wont even talk to Southampton now so says Holloway and Saints have been reported to the FA and FL for tapping up.

Getting some decent advice from his old man is ince, staying and getting proper game time and developing well with it, instead of warming a bench somewhere

Hull City and Aaron McLean have both tweeted saying he's there for 3 months, not until January. It's an important difference they could do with clearing up because if it's January then he's there til January and there can't be a recall clause, if it's 3 months then after 28 days there's the option of recalling him.

It does need clearing up. Both sportstalk and sky have Stewart @ Burnley until January.

Interesting that Stewart got subbed after 62 mins when the score was 1-1 with Brighton though.
