According to the Knosuj Place Times Joe Cole managed to find his way home after being dropped off at Upton Park last night. "Cole looked like a good idea when he was first signed, " Brendan Rodgers told journalists, "but after a while the kids stopped wanting to play with him; all he did was lay around the bench, or urinate on the clubs budget sheet." Mr. Rodgers went on to explain how he planned to drop Cole off at the Park and hope some passer by would adopt him. "The kids were pretty tore up when they saw me loading Joe into the car, " he explained, " I told Stirling it was 'OK', I was taking Joe to a farm where he could run around and play and enjoy his old age where he would be appreciated. " Rodgers dropped Cole off at Upton Park, patted him on the head, gave him one last scratch behind the ear, and wiped away his tears as he drove back to Liverpool. "Next morning, I was woke early by Morgan, 'come quick, you'll never believe who is on Melwoods doorstep scratching to be let in', it was Joe Cole. I couldn't believe he had managed to find his way back to Liverpool, it was amazing. He found his way from London to Liverpool- but all these years and he couldn't find the bloody goal when directed"
