Yea saw that too. Was waiting for a bit of decent punditry on our signings but all they did was laugh at us. Spent 15 mins on Man City and 1-2 mins laughing at us. Nice.
Cesar saying he saw the first game and thought ''Wow, we were terrible'' and him saying about his dream move to QPR, the first time he thought about it was when Inter asked him to take a pay cut etc etc. Didn't comment on any other signings or us as a whole. Shabby.
saw the same merson looked like a schoolgirl laughing in the schoolyard . very unprofessional.. but sure let them have their laugh we will just prove them wrong in time.
Get used to it - grow a thick skin or don't look at the media. This will go on from 'experts', journalists and other teams fans until we start beating 'big' teams regularly, and ultimately until we win something. I think it's great, I don't respect any of them anyway, and look forward to them having outsized portions of humble pie forced down their scrawny drug addled necks. Reckon we will start looking really good sometime in November.
Tough league this year isn't it, I think we played one of the weakest teams in it last week...............and they should've beat us!
Big deal. They often have a laugh at one thing or the other. If they quoted one of Stokes or Southamptons new signings saying what Cesar had said I'm sure we'd all be laughing aswell. Don't be so touchy about things. Until we start winning and looking like a team there'll be alot more of that type of thing.
People quietly chuckled at us and dismissed us before last meeting with City,. The pressure is on them to not drop points since they know United are well up for getting their title back. We have nothing to lose as nothing expected of us. There are always surprises in football!
