I wouldn't go that far mate. He still could make the step up. But you're right in that he's running out of chances.

I think you could be more aware of who your real adversary is. I'm saying Tarbs should be given a bit more time and still see him as part of the set-up. Its Queens that thinks he should be turfed out! You sure you're firing at the right target mate?
As I posted elsewhere I love the guy, undoubtedly talented but nowhere near the sort of quality to be spoken of in the same breath as Barca, Real etc etc and would need to show some consistency at this level before he can even dream of that. Make no mistake, this is a far tougher division than the Championship and excelling in one does not qualify you automatically to do well in the other. Needs to use the better players we now have on board to raise his game if not then far from being good enough for Barca, he won't be good enough for US. Let's hope he has the talent in him that most of us think he has and steps up to the next level.

if it can be achieved with the new players plus the superb faurlin i would push adel forward just behind the strikers,don't ask him to track back because he rarely does.there is no doubting his talent but being of the maverick ilke you can sometimes question his commitment. pure and simple he is a gifted player but against premiership defences you have to have something extra andsadly so far he has only shown it in flashes.maybe given a free roll(cheese and pickle is nice) he will flourish but to be honest he needs to start doing it NOW and show us all the adel we know.
