I've not been on for a while and was wondering what has happened as it seems to have quietened down abit. What happened to Syd/Billy etc.. Have I missed something? I always preferred this board to the others and mostly found it informative and good craic!
Some left due to being sick of constant abuse on threads others left as they just got tired of the site. Syd set up his own site and just before that Billy and his young un got banned. Apart from that it's still the same mate most are on both sites myself included.
the other site seems to quiet for me but I am sure the longer its established the more members will be on I just signed up to the SMB as there is thousands of members but unfortunately a majority are just a bunch of twats who just go on to wind people up this is the best site IMO just needs for the people who have left to come back
The craas infected it and its now busy getting thorough disinfecting. Some of the parasites have been cleared out but 1 or 2 still cling on for dear life. Bless them. Our signing Adam Johnson seems to have shut a few of the lame ****s up as well I have to say. Lol Some of the regulars have left to form their own sites (Syd) but they still pop back from time to time. I flit between sites as well now as I got fed up with the barcodes spoiling any good posts or threads. It has suffered here but it still survives and there are still good regular posters. Good to see you back. PS - was over in Lifford for a few days last month with the bairn (to see family) and got up to Derry for a day to see that new bridge. Very nice. Had great weather and a great time with people I love in Ireland. It never disappoints.
That's a very unfair picture painted by Cest there, by my understanding a lot of members also left because of people like Cest being all too desperate to get into slanging matches Seems to be good now though, so going in the right direction.
It was quiet in the off season anyway Derry mate. I was doing more reading than posting for awhile. (Missed the craic on here if I didn't get to at least read it. ) Lots like your good self who have just been away from the board for a while. When we are rising up the table they shall be back.

For some others, and you know who they are, I am equally happy to tell them to **** off. You can choose which one you want to be by the kind of post you choose to make. Not looking for arguments at all, just saying I think it was a bit unfair to blame it all on Newcastle fans. You may or may not be right to tell them to **** off, that's your prerogative (sp?) but it wasn't just them that caused people to leave by all accounts. Not saying you're in the wrong or anything like that.
He started off one of the reasonable ones mate. Didn't take long for him to revert to type. It seems he now thinks he is a keyboard warrior par excellence. Rather than a sad Skunk child whose whole meaning to life is to be on the SAFC board. Be interesting to see if he can back up his claims.
new site doing fine, more a drop in and out forum and I have to say, under 5 weeks old, 5000 plus posts and 145 members so doing OK. good bunch of regulars forming and will grow BTW new members always welcome
I agree with Cest that's why I joined the other forum aswell. There's too many Geordies obsessed with our club on here. I can honestly say I've only been on their forum about twice, due to the fact I'm not into wumming and I haven't got the slightest bit of interest in their club!
I only ever post on the Sunderland board. That's because I like to discuss my club with my fans. I enjoy reading some thoughts by some other clubs fans but only ever argue with scum mags that live constantly on the Sunderland boards just looking for mischief not banter. Your thoughts are very welcome as this is an open forum and I will enjoy chatting or discussing points but come on here and try to be a cocky ****er and you'll get both barrels.

I decided to have a break due to certain posters dragging up the Irish political gumph and rather than loose my cool I took myself away from it for a while. Anyway Cest glad you had a good time lad, pity you weren't over for the Clipper festival as it was a great week. Also with the UK city of culture and the Fleadh 2013 next year should be buzzing for all the right reasons.

Taken you off, and the reason was when I tried to have a debate with you, you resorted to things like posting pictures of people licking windows, and that just ruins the whole forum for me. Hope we can start afresh from now
