    Could it be Anderson?

Last season I think he was on course to show the world how good he really is. He started off on fire and was brilliant before he got injured. This season hes looked good in both games hes featured in. Against Fulham his passing was great, 53 out of 56 successful passes. Imo he and Clev dominated the midfield v Fulham in the first half. At first viewing Dembele looked to have got the better of them but watch it again, he really really doesnt.

If hes stays fit all season, I suspect he will be one of the best midfielders in the league but I do think hes on his last chance. While injuries are not his fault we cant keep faith if its happening every season.

Ive noticed hes getting his eye for goal back aswell which makes him more of a threat. He can play DM, CM and AM and has the strength to go toe to toe with the biggest midfielders.

I know he splits opinions between United fans but hes shows us before hes capable, last season I honestly thought it was time and he showed us all what he can do. Hopefully this season he repeats that form but carries it through the whole season.

These are Opta Stats for the first 19 games last season. Anderson played in 10 of those games and has a pass completion rate of 86%. He also created 13 chances for the strikers.

What lets him down is his tackles but thats not really his job or shouldnt be. That should be Carricks job as hes our Keane type player ( in role not nature ). Anderson should be expected to play ahead of Carrick in games.

I still see potential in Anderson... Though like you say - he may only have until Fergie goes to prove his worth.. If he doesn't, whoever comes in as manager will ship him out....

I do rate Anderson. I just think he needs a good run of games, the problem is though that as soon as he gets a few he goes and gets injured.

    ****wit's post? What ****wit's post? <whistle>

True, but you could say the same thing about just about any season since he joined us. He has lots of potential, but he's had lots of potential for the past five years.

If he stays fit for the whole season I've every confidence he'll be quality, but then he never stays fit for the whole season...

UIR I hope considering our lack of midfield signings you are right but tbh I cannot see him at OT next summer. Can see him off to Portugal or Brazil.

I had an increasingly rare visit to OT last weekend and thought Anderson had a very good game. He's a fat lad with a massive backside which is what United need at times. The Barcelona-lite tikka takka tic tac crap that we played against Everton just didn't work. Occasionally you need a fat lad with a massive backside in midfield.

I still think Anderson is being misued at United and played out of position.

He'd be better off at a Spanish club, playing the sort of role he played for Porto.

Dave from the Utd website which was posted on 21/08/12:

    Henriquez to join Reds

United have announced that Angelo Henriquez has been granted a governing body endorsement which will allow the striker to register and play for the club.

The 18-year-old will play his final game for Universidad de Chile against Santos on Wednesday and a further announcement on him joining the Reds will be made in due course.

Henriquez has already expressed his delight at signing for United after the club followed up a long-standing interest in the Chilean youngster.

In addition to impressing for Universidad de Chile in the Copa Libertadores, he also shone for his country at the recent Milk Cup youth tournament in Northern Ireland, scoring twice against the home nation in a 5-3 win.

I think the honest answer is soon......maybe.

I reckon this will be his final chance at United to shine for us as fans have gotten sick of his injuries and him living his party lifestyle.
