I think he is a better version of Carroll, hence me not seeing him coming to us

 

I'm a bit bias when it comes to Llorente because he's one of my favorite players Right now I'd take Heskey..

 

He does have several years of passing style experience from his club and country however.

 

I think today will go how many expected.

Dempsey in and Sturridge in on loan.

With a few players exiting, that's still a good pair of signings, they both bring goals.

 

Very true but I just don't see Rodgers fancying him. Nor will we be willing to cough up what would be needed. Last minute deal, for a striker, over £30m...

Spearing will do well at Bolton and we should then get a decent fee for him.

Andy Carroll is more difficult, I'm not sure how he will do and even if he does well I can't see him commanding a fee of more than 15 million and we could have got that now. I suppose we don't pay most of his wages now that he's on loan so that is a good saving.

 

I'd prefer us to buy, two loans could make it a nightmare next summer
