Oh please wise up would you. Not one person on here is saying it was a great result hence the smiley!!! But "Terrible" is just a sad attempt at **** stirring. we are yet again transitional with more poise and composure bringing through new players and as 40 posts will tell you that we still need a goal scorer.

Early in season, getting better & haven't had to spend 100's of millions to get better. I think You lot will be better this year but you're in a wild lot of trouble if you aren't because anti football in pressure games won't cut it two years in a row....

Happy now? By feck you're getting old & grumpy Drogs!

Wasn't laughing, in fact I was half expecting some of you with a brain to agree. Do you seriously think a club like Liverpool should be drawing with a club like Hearts AT Anfield?

i have to agree, not a good result. again we see a team come and play deep and we struggle to break them down. a moment of luis magic can only get us out of the ****e so many times. if this was the league we would have just dropped 2 points against \a bottom of the table club.

Why do you lot keep bringing Chelsea into this? I'm not saying this as a Chelsea fan, I'm saying it as a football fan - Liverpool should not be drawing with Hearts at home. I only replied to Baz because he seemed chuffed <laugh>

I think you need our Dempsey !

Enjoyed the match as a neutral. Hearts proved they're not that bad and perhaps also lacked a true goal scorer.

    Good luck against Arsenal

No we shouldn't be drawing with Hearts at home, but it happens. Most importantly we are through, and we gave some youngsters a good run out. We created a lot of chances, dominated possession but again, just couldn't stick the ball in the net. But the job is done, that's all that really counts and we don't know much else other than what we already knew, that we need a goal scorer.

And he said, as a football fan, that Chelsea fans have no argument to say we are playing bad football, when all your lot do is sit back.

According to SSN, Brendan Rodgers is chasing Daniel Sturridge and the good news is the owners will fund the cost of a striker now that Andy Carroll has gone out on loan.

No he didn't, he said it as if he took offence and therefore took a dig at my club. Rather pathetic really.

Drogs I think Hearts played defensively out of their skin - probably because of the humiliation Spurs handed them last season.

Same old story with us - we finish our chances and it's 4-0, thankyou and goodbye. But we didn't and it wasn't.

PS - Chelsea have played some good stuff this season, especially between Hazard and the golden haired lady boy of Spain.

But that's the point. If we'd all sat here post game saying "we shouldn't be drawing with teams like hearts" if not you, others would have wummed about how arrogant/deluded we are that we think we should win all the time! Lol

So; as you can see, if someone that could put the ball in the net had of been wearing our strip tonight this wouldn't be a conversation.

So as a football fan not on the wind up; who do you suggest we sign up front to resolve this (realistic LFC budget)

How can anyone say a draw was a fair result. Putting aside the fairytale cup upset, smaller team beating bigger team, we dominated possession, had 10 times as many chances and they scored from a massive goal keeping error with 9/10 Reina would have saved.

Had we been more clinical, we would have won by 4 or 5, but again, we weren't clinical which is why we drew 1-1.

Result was poor but performance was decent.

People keep bringing Chelsea into it because you had the most fortuitous and undeserving Champion's League medal of the last 20 years and you come on here giving it the big ones. You say you're not **** stirring, but IMO a terrible result would have been losing and been played off the park... We weren't, they had a goal out of nothing and we were all over them for 80 minutes, and playing "proper football". We need a natural finisher, that's all.

We already think you are arrogant all the time ;)

Dempsey would be a big help, or Huntelaar (saw a thread on here somewhere about him before). I wasn't having a go at your individual players anyway, you have a decent squad, it was just overall performance and result tonight.

And Drogs; I put the emoticons in to make sure I was not accused of knee jerk reactions.

If that's "pathetic", then you are on a Wumming mission because I've been fairly reasonable here. Slightly disappointed in you of this is not a misunderstanding.....
