With all the doom and gloom about not signing anyone and half our team leaving (jokes) before tomorrow night. I am still expecting to sign Carroll. I don't really want him for the prices quoted and think that money could be used better on other options ... however with Berbatov supposedly being allowed to move clubs for as little as £4m would he be worth a look? I realise he doesn't fit into our club's policy at the moment I don't think you can go wrong. He'll be guaranteed more games here than United and hopefully he can discover some of the form he had at Spurs. What do you think?

Would not want him in any way. He is too lazy for our system. Ferguson grew tired of his ability to graft, nd they have a greater ability to carry lazy players due to the class they have. Benni will never be a grafter but Pardew has persuaded him to do the bare minimum. You'd have no hope of that happening. Even Shola has put a shift in when he came on last season. Just a bad fit and the wages would be astronomical. Worships big Al though so would probably fancy filling his boots. Saying that living in Fulham probably appeals even more!
