Morning all. 2 or 3 weeks ago, I was in the - don't touch Diouf with a barge pole camp. Now having seen not only what he brings to the team, but more importantly that he seems to be behaving himself & not spitting at anyone, I'm not so sure. A contract with an appropriate clause regarding behaviour would seem to be a good idea. On the TO & David Haigh, who he? On Jordan Rhodes to Blackburn for £4.5m, why? Crap club, crap crowd (albeit with more money than sense)

To be honest, needs must and as it stands today we could do with Diouf - If the T/O were to happen today and NW can splash some cash would we not be hoping for better targets than Diouf??

Not sure what or how to read this one. 1) You could read that as BIG believes the T/O will have gone through by then. 2) Key words are "hope to" and " my opinion" 3) You could also read this as the T/O isn't going to happen and without an investment BIG believes we won't make it to the end of the season. Morning Ristac My take on it is once this goes public all those sitting on the fence regarding Bates and his business plans should see in black and white that his plan is failing and there is no Leeds United without the Morons. But expect without Takeover or investment that we will be going down the player sales route once again. So Peltier, Austin etc will probably be the next lot out the door or Admin is a serious threat once again. Harvey & Bates wont want that as they wont be able to manipulate the creditors & they both will have the second strike and not be able to work in the industry again. This is all added pressure on Bates to sell up IMO , how quickly he does it is anyones guess
This is all getting a little tiresome. Speculation & people's views are becoming accepted "facts". Me, I'll wait until something concrete actually happens. One thing is for sure, I would find it very hard to believe that we are in any danger of going into financial meltdown calling into question our ability to hour our league commitments. Time will tell.
Morning Bucks On a personal opinion I still don't believe the not going to see through to May part, you just have to look at our turnover and playing squad, I don't even consider it as a possibility in the slightest. If it were true we need not worry because even Bates isn't stupid enough not to cash in and sell now while he can so I honestly don't see a need to worry. How quickly - Anyone who believes he has an ounce of respect for the fans is mistaken, it will be once the transfer window has closed, his passing shot to the fans. It will also be his way of getting back at potential new owners IF he wanted a bonus payment for promotion this year and was refused. To be honest I will take him selling us after the window if that is what it takes, slow rebuild this season with a push come the transfer window and if we miss out we can finally enjoy a pre-season next year with a renewed optimism and hope.
