He is the manager of a club, not the local MP.

This is a problem dating back 400 years and you seem to think O'Neill could, or should have sorted it out in a 5 minute TV interview. He was a player for NI during the 70's and 80's and managed Celtic in a hostile sectarian city in Scotland.

Ask Neil Lennon idf he thinks getting involved in that 'debate' is a clever move?

You have failed you thick spunk monkey, and if that is your only contribtuion to this debte, you can happily **** off back to the rest of the ****wits over at NE1.

I would be very disappointed if there our best two full backs come saturday, left back is a must and as for RB, would rather play Gardner

I have to admit I laugh every time I hear that. Was a stupid thing to say but if you can't have a laugh at things you've got nowt.

RE the bold part, I'm glad that you are now presumably accepting that Sessgnon's red card offence was also for an assault on Tiote, correct?

It should be pointed out amidst all these 'MON is brilliant Pardew is pap' posts from SAFC fans: In his first full season at Newcastle United Pardew guided his team to fifth in the Premier League, this is a higher Premier League finish than MON has acheived in his career despite the lavish sums he was backed with at Villa.

Facts lads. Much more important than opinion.

I have never not admitted it was a red. Sessegnon could have no complaints and I was incredibly critical at the time of his actions.

That still doesnt detract from what a total custard cock Tiote the supposed 'hard man' is, or isnt to be more accurate.

Lets see if he can actually WIN something as a manager then; or get to a European Cup Final; or maintain a top 6 finish 3 consecutive years? Pardew has had one excellent season - never questioned - but his track record is ****e.

I'd sooner have Bruce back than have that slimy, smarmy, cockney chav in charge of my club.

As much as I don't like Pardew, I think that whole thing was a massive overreaction. Perhaps not the best choice of words, but using the word "raped" to describe someone being outplayed has been fairly commonplace in youth culture for years.. Old pardew is obviously just down with the kids :p

p.s. anyone else find it a bit spooky the player he was commentating about was ched evans <yikes>

His record at NUFC is just fine, thanks. Its a greater finish in the Premier League than MON has EVER managed. In his FIRST full season at Newcastle. Its a better league finish than SAFC have managed in my lifetime. You are in no position to belittle the acheivement.

Who beliittled it? I have already stated that it was a great season and all the things you said about finishing higher blah blah blah hold true.

It doesnt however change the fact that he is a cheesy cockney slimebag and I wouldnt have him near my club and its got nowt to do with the 2 clubs differences. I loved SBR, even when he was your manager but Bobby Robson oozed class. Pardew oozes slime.

Nothing you have said changes that fact.

Spunk Vase, eh, MON? Remember my final point? ; )

CEST, yeah, he's a touch cheesey, but he's articulate and has managed us superbly. In the context of this thread its highly pertinent that MON hasn't managed to finish as high as Pardew acheived last season despite a longer career and huge money at Villa.

Anyways, in the spirit of the thread:

    >>>>>>>>>>Krul

    >>>STaylor>>Colo>>OShea

    >>>>>>>>>>Tiote

    Johnson>Cabaye>Larsson>Ben Arfa

    >>>>>>>>>>Sessegnon
