We always get **** crowds for cup games mate, as I said earlier we only got 26,000 and odd for a match against Arsenal in the FA Cup. I will be very pleasantly surprised if we manage to get more than 20,000 for an early round League Cup game against Morecambe..

I'd suggest we need to shirt Titus and/or Killa first.

57k a week in wages combined, supposedly, terrifying.

    Cheers Brucie.

Was £20 a ticket against Arsenal though. Had it been a tenner then I reckon it'd have been fuller.

Ten quid now or twelve at the gate tomorrow is a bargain and £5 or £6 for kids.

Hope the fans turn out. Fingers crossed for around 30000

I'd be devastated if this was the case! Really want it filling up for Ellis and Martin. They have pushed so hard to show a statement of intent and I hope the fans give something back by turning up tonight

Well I've just been over for tickets for me, my brother, my two sons and one of their mates , and I had to queue for over half an hour to get them...Hopefully a bit more than the 15,000 I was expecting..

Cash turnstiles too ain't there RAW, if the weathers decent, there'll likely be a few walk ins at the price.

Hope I can find a link somewhere!

Apparently so, which seems disappointing although it looked more than that to me. These figures put it in perspective though (thanks to Genericus on SMB)
    Attendances Tuesday night

Villa vs Tranmere - Att: 15,319
Burnley vs Plymouth - Att: 4,119
Carlisle vs Ipswich - Att: 3,296
Coventry vs Birmingham - Att: 10,859
Bolton vs Crawley - Att: 2,678
Hull vs Doncaster - Att: 4,703
Gillingham vs Boro - Att: 5,146
Leeds vs Oxford - Att: 13,713
Leicester vs Birton Albion - Att: 8,560
MK Dons vs Blackburn - Att: 5,873
    Norwich vs S****horpe - Att: 13,116
Forest vs Wigan - Att: 7,545
Preston vs Palace - Att: 5,194
QPR vs Walsall - Att: 6,129
Sheff Wed vs Fulham - Att: 14,177
Stevenage vs Soton - Att: 3,062
Stoke vs Swindon - Att: 9,147
Sunderland vs Morecambe - Att: 22,871
Swansea vs Barnsley - Att: 9,025
Watford vs Bradford - Att: 5,560
West Ham vs Crewe - Att: 18,053
Yeovil vs West Brom - Att: 6,228
Peterborough vs Reading - Att: 7,262

So we had the highest attendance of the night, which proves to me that lower ticket prices plus exciting signings will produce better attendances. Credit also the Morecambe fans who brought more than many Premier League teams do.
