he was announced as a signing some time ago. he also played for city reserves a couple of times last season and at the time i thought he looked like a school kid who was late for an exam. i don't understand this one, but o be fair, maybe we did not see the best of his talents? strikes me that this could be a former scout's pick, and a deal we are unable to get out of from the barmby regime. perhaps similar to the swiss/serb goalie situation, who to me looks like a clone of gulasci in his play!
It seems we did actually sign him in July, maybe it just took a couple of months for the news to travel to the south coast.
i may be wrong OLM but i think you were at at least one of the games in which he trialed. i wasnt particularly impressed when we had let the likes of the york lad, dean lisles (and others) move on after a similar trial
The name rings a bell, so you may well be right, though if I have seen him, I don't actually remember anything about him. Maybe he was on while I was in the long pie queue that had no pies at the end.

If my memory serves me correctly he played right back for the Development Squad against Brigg Town a few weeks ago and had a bit of a torrid time!
He played against Hartlepool when he was on trial in March and he's played against Boston United since he signed, I suspect he's appeared in a fair few games now.
