Austin sounding good tonight, seems to get better with each game he plays.

Wonder if its a case the Ex Whites just don't want to play for them. The grass isn't always greener!

Leicester 1 - Burton Albion? 4 - Interesting! Schmeichel not to blame for any of them, so he says. ;)

Well, I read the report for the game and it seemed that Austin was awesome. Admittedly against lower league but still sounded very good

I listened to the game Austin and Byram stood out for me. Very promising signs from those two. Back four was rarely troubled and Brown in the holding role let Austin probe more than we have seen him before. Rudy looks comfortable in the DM role but I would love to see Brown occupy this more often and give Rudy the freedom of the middle.I think the combo of Austin/Brown needs looking at again against more formidable opposition. That being said Oxford are doing well but its hardly a fair measurement of how we will stand up against it in the league <ok>

Fair enough Bucks, we could play Austin and Brown against Blackburn maybe Norris out wide seeings Green is injured and we still haven't fully decided what to do there I think. Although if Byram played well as well (I believe he played RM against Oxford) maybe he could occupy that spot.

Decisions for Colin to make and us to ponder I suppose

Byrams food for thought. He done well and apparently is more suited to the midfield role. Massive game (althugh early in the season) to throw him into though. Thinks he deserves even a cameo to be fair though as Blackburn will know next to nothing about the lad <ok>

Well, are Blackburn going to more of a test for Byram than Jarvis was? I don't like throwing youngsters in too early because it can break there confidence and shatter them but if we are short he is an option

I'd move Byram to right wing was a threat when he came on v Peterborough wouldnt drop Norris he was our best player Saturday,

    4-2-3-1

    Pelts-lees-Pearce-drury
    Brown. Austin
    Diouf. Norris. McCormack

I see Norris as more a box-to-box player though rather than a free role behind the striker player. I'd personally prefer McCormack in the free role with either White (preferred) or Varney on the LW. Its tough decisions ahead I feel

I also highly doubt Warnock will change from 4-4-2
