Thats odd, I thought your fans where known for taking things to far? Excuse my ignorance as I obviously dont know as much on the subject as you probably do but didnt a cardiff fan stab a swansea fan at a Wales match? Not saying you condone it at all, but passion is there when it comes to football. Kinda like tribalism, and if they stamp that out we may as well go and watch the Cricket. I have friends that support Manchester united, doesnt mean there allowed to wear there shirt in my house and if I saw that fella wandering round the club store I would have had a few choice words with him even if it was for his own safety!
