Musty, that's why the game is a good laugh. You may pick a good team, and they will score lots of points, but not at the time you have them in your team. Wait till the injuries start coming in!! Then the games off through bad weather, it always seems to be the ones you have made your selections from. At the end of the day, there were over 2M started the game where do you think you will finish? Top 100 get offered contracts - HA!
Better change your rule musty if it prevents you from taking Tevez .... it's about fantasy football not fantasy personality ! The guy is an amazing footballer .
Amen to that !! Personally , I think Tevez is one of the best footballers ever . He was my mainstay one fantasy season when I finished under 6,000th . I love watching him play football .

Musty. If you were not aware. If you play 3 defenders, they score more points when they keep a clean sheet. Play 5 midfielders and you have more chances of getting assist points. 3 Forwards and you should get loads of points if they score goals. However, weighing the balance is the main point. If you could read the managers minds, and know in advance who they plan to play on the day .... well ouldn't we all give money eh? Also why spend vast sums of money on players to sit on the bench? You must play your bench according to your formation. I.E. if you play 3 defenders, you first sub should be a defender. If you play 5 midfielders, you have no subs on the bench, so who do you want as number 1 sub, a defender or an attacker. Anyway, I have Tevez and he does better than Rooney.....but can I get Mancini to play him. He does cost a lot, too much to sit on the bench, but there are not many better at scoring or creating. Fletcher did little last year, started well but for how long? Keep up the good work, go for a mid table finish. Next year, when you are an expert, you can enter many other leagues. I plan to do this again but also put up a Head-to-Head league, so your team is drawn to play another player every week. You do nothing different, but your team is used in a H-2-H league.
Not sure the value of Sterling Jackswan but I think he will be great value by the time the season ends . Liverpool , surprisingly , are playing some pretty fair football against good clubs .... I think I might be wrong about Rodgers chances at Liverpool .. I think Liverpool might go on a terror soon & Sterling will benefit ! Anyways , just a hunch .
