Again I was relying on Burnsy and Swanny to keep me informed, but sounded to me like Amos, Faye and Dudgeon played well today.

    Current standings are:

    Chester 6 points
    Aluko 5 points
    Dudgeon 3 points
    Stewart 2 points
    Koren, McKenna 1 point

I've decided if there are no votes I'm going to put the squad numbers of everyone that featured in the game into one of those random number generators online and the first 3 it gives me will be the top 3. Voting will close Tuesday dinner time, so come on lets get off the mark!

How can anyone vote when they haven't seen the game? Surely you have had to either been at the game or watched the whole match on Tiger Player?

    My votes for yesterday:

    1. Simpson
    2. Amos
    3. Aluko

You say you had to be there, then 2 of the 3 players picked are the same! Radio, unbelievably, can give a fairly equal insight into who played well!

I didn't vote, I just offered an opinion based on the radio. But apart from that, unless the poster actually says whether they actually went to the game or not how do I know when it comes to counting up?

aluko is picking up a lot of votes for somebody missing so many key chances, if it was mclean missing them all, people (like me) would be going mad!

To give your own opinion you need to see the game otherwise you are just repeating someone else's view which will have their own bias to it.

You might as well ask Burnsy to choose the man of the match each week rather than having a poll.

It's like saying who you think is better live: Foo Fighters or Scouting For Girls and then just taking the NME's view without seeing either.

You mean Burnsy and Swanny? I could have a better guess after listening to my cat farting for two hours than listening to those fools.

Simpson is getting a lot of votes for someone who hasn't started a game yet. If he's playing this well in his sub appearances, surely he deserves a start soon?
