How many points will we need to win the title again, my guess is that a points total of 90 should see Man City safely to another title. So how many will we need to win it again.

It's not gonna be easy to retain your title, just saying.

Chelsea have had a really easy start bar the Newcastle game but that was at home so one you expect them to win ( I know they lost last season ).

The other 2 games they at times struggled against relegation opposition and were outclassed by City in the shield.

City have problems off the pitch, its clear as day mancini is having a huge strop. Didnt see todays game but saw them v Southampton and they didnt look very good.

United have yet to field a full team and have only been using 1 defender. Going forward we are looking good but we often start sluggish and push on from December.

    Hard to call really.

80points or so should do it this season.

If you believe what you read in the papers he is upset because he has not been allowed to spend mega bucks in the transfer window because of the FFP rules, we have bought Rodwell who is playing well and on Tuesday we will sign Scott Sinclair, there are still rumours we have at least one big player in the pipeline which i assume will be a CB.

UIR, Utd are below Chelsea and City.

And if it's not relevant after 2/3 games of the new season why are you banging on about last season.

Bottom line is the current league table means **** all end of.<ok>

    Erm..............

That was my point, hence the 'hard to call' comment at the bottom.

All the top 8 or so clubs have a bit of a stick in their spokes of one kind or another.

Hopefully this means another close exciting season. The team to prosper will be the one that can most successfully deal with the problems at hand. I'm expecting city to take it again.
