I am sure baz once said he was 31.... Anyway Ze I have no issue here, just wanted to say well done on a good result even though it may not seem that way right now.
Good game from Liverpool, but gave 2 easy goals away! Can't keep giving draws away at anfield even against the top teams!
Barry, from reading the BBC live text while out thats the impression it gave. Liverpool played well, made city look poor for the most part and probably deserved to win. One of the comments even said that City were finding out defending the title isnt the same as winning it.
Mancini is unhappy. I suspect he knows what hes doing, make city look bad to get the owners to spend some cash
Liverpool fielded their youngest starting 11 in the league since December 2003 (an average age of 24 years and 364 days), with Sebastian Coates, Martin Kelly and Sterling all in the line-up.
Unlucky today guys you deserved to win, but shot yourself in the foot with two mistakes. Still think you need a goalscorer, Surez is good but will not get you enough goals!
Lucky City again, eh! Two gifted goals - I doubt Skrtl will sleep too well tonight. But the Reds scored two crackers of their own - a real beauty by the much-maligned Suarez. It's a pity they couldn't hang on for the win. They had City rattled at times. Gerard was brilliant again, bossed the midfield. And I was impressed by Sterling, too. Caused a lot of problems for the City defense. Augurs well for the future at Anfield.
thought that a) borini is quite poor, he just doesn't do enough. b) skertl should be shot for that... it was crazy c) did anyone see the ref trying to bum kolorov for that free at the end of the first half.....
Yes, I said last year if we, rather than the Blueshight, had bought Jelavic I think we'd have got fifth, if not fourth. Suarez is amazing, but he's no 20-a-season goalscorer. We need a goalhanger.
Ah but this can cause a problem like it did with Mourinho leaving chelsea or rather being forced out by the owner. Sacking the manager who wins you your first league title in decades is a bold move and one that can easily rock the boat. Which players like Mancini, which dont? Which players get an easy ride from him? When things are bad between owners and managers it never ends well for the club.
