We all know we need one CB if not two, but can't help feeling we also need another striker.

    Anyone else feel the same?

Not sure it's case of needing more strikers, but the ones we do have starting to perform

Just what I was about to post, Cisse was immense when he stayed on the pitch last season, yet he doesn't seem to have got out of the blocks yet this season... Never really rated AJ but willing to give him a chance, Zamora took his chance well with the rebound though, so maybe a bit of hope for us there.

Yes we do need another striker, every squad should have 4 main strikers. We also need 1 more CM at least 1 CB and a goalkeeper!!

Yes lets spend spend spend. Then, if our new striker doesn't work, let's spend spend spend.

Cisse is no where near good enough. Tony, splash the cash.

I am mad enough to remember when we sold Les Ferdinland for 6m we got relegated that season and we don't have a striker like him in this team.

If Cisse does not score enough goals we could be in trouble. Zamora, Johnson, Mackie are not prolific goalscorers. DJ and Bothroyd are probably going.

I have been saying this for ages. We are in desperate need for another one imho.

Only Cisse is a prolific striker and has proven that he is - BZ and AJ are not, and have proven so over a number of years.

When Cisse isnt performing - like now - who do we turn to? We have no-one - that contributes to the fact we have scored only one goal in two games - and that was from a penalty.

I thought the plan was to push the "T-Man" in behind the strikers? Was that not why we gave him the No.10 shirt. Its his best position in my opinion?

Agree with you re his best position - but he was on the bench yesterday (rightly so imo as that wasnt the sort of game for adel tbh).

Hopefully he can start to perform well and score more goals - but if he has another season like last he isnt really the answer tbh. No doubt we have alot of creative midfielders who CAN score, but are better placed to set up goals for a striker.

Fair enough, i didnt see the game so havent commented on it TBH

Was just hoping thats how we were gonna use him this season.

Not overly impressed with the start but TBH, both teams finished comfortaly above us last season so we have made progress i guess...just hope there is more to come.
    Time wil tell...

We only have 3 strikers in MH's eyes, so we definitely need another one, preferably a poacher. A fox in the box...

No we need a strong defending midfielder who can hold on to the ball really well and pass.
