    Norwich v QPR player ratings

QPR responded to their opening-day humiliation by picking up a point at Norwich. Here’s how we rated the Rangers players in the 1-1 draw at Carrow Road.

    Rob Green: 5
Not the horror show of the Swansea debacle but still look shaky, not least when he appeared to handle the ball outside his area in the second half.

    Fabio: 5
Struggled at both right and left-back and was sucked into the middle for Norwich’s goal, allowing the cross to Simeon Jackson.

    Anton Ferdinand: 6
Was caused problems by Jackson but improved in the second half.

    Clint Hill: 5
Easily messed around by Grant Holt and after an early booking may have been sent off had he not been taken off at the break.

    Armand Traore: 5
Talented and can offer so much all the way down the left side, but was caught out too often in this game.

    Jamie Mackie: 6
Worked hard as always and kept the Norwich defence occupied.

    Ji-sung Park: 6
Worked hard and tracked back well when needed, but the man dubbed ‘Three Lungs’ by Manchester United fans because of his energy looks restricted in his current midfield role.

    Samba Diakite: 6
Has huge potential but is ragged at times and, judging by some of his worst moments in the opening two matches, may find the going tough against teams like Chelsea and Manchester City who move the ball through midfield very quickly. Hasn’t settled yet.

    Junior Hoilett: 6
Looked dangerous on occasions but is still finding his feet at Rangers.

    Djibril Cisse: 6
Won the penalty he then missed and also squandered a great chance in the second half.

    Bobby Zamora: 7
Good finish for his goal and did well to play on despite a sickening head wound. Also created Cisse’s chance, which should have led to a goal.

    Nedum Onuoha: 7
Dropped from the starting line-up but ended up staking a strong claim for a place at centre-back when he replaced Hill at half-time. Much more effective against Holt than Hill was, using his physical strength while also avoiding Hill’s mistake of getting too tight to the big striker.

    Jose Bosingwa: 6
A surprise inclusion as a second-half substitute given that he had no pre-season. Solid enough during his 20-minute appearance.

Hill was indisputably the worst player on the pitch, he didn't do anything right all game, and looked a complete liabilty. Gotta be a 2 out of 10 there. bosingwa looked good for the brief time he was on, Onouha was a lot more solid at CB.
