What's his goal scoring record like? So far he has been awesome and keeping play moving, and finding players in space with forward passes in the oppositions half. If he can chip in with 5-10 goals a season as well they we'd have a bargain for £15mil.

Borini needs to play behind the man up front, that is where he played for us, if Brendan has got any sense that is where he should be playing

You'll miss him sooner or later. No offence but you have played two teams that'll be battling against relegation

He's not an attacking midfield player, but should score 5+

Lucas was injured in the warm up. Played anyway but obviously flared up again.

We've replaced him mate, we miss his passing but the true general for us is Leon Britton, he is the one who everything comes through for us, you are waxing lyrical for Allen's pass accuracy, Leon's was higher

Let's not get into this Allen is, was, isn't argument. You have De Guzman who was a good loan and Allen has been solid for us.

Should be 2-0...Suarez didn't get a clean strike on that.

We need to test the keeper (at least) from those situations.

Good work by Borini. Should've released it slightly earlier but Suarez should've at least hit the target.

Kind of glad Allen miss- placed a pass- means they will now shut up about him every time he gets a pass to someone

    Shelvey has gone down now!

Jesus our midfielders are dropping like flies. Worryingly no one was around him when he went down (despite what Niall Quinn seems to think). Sahin couldn't have come at a better time to be honest.

He's back and running around now.
