if we sign yoshida, i think all fans should learn the theme tune to yoshi's island... it would be the most original chant ever

They defended surprisingly poorly at the Olympics but it's worth remembering that's not quite their first team. Rafael and Juan were the weak links in that defence and they are not first choice for the senior team.

Yeah, it was just an off the cuff example. To be honest both of their full-backs look vulnerable defensively.

Adkins apparently said we aren't in for him. So who are we after?

If we could have Kana-Biyik I'd be really pleased. I don't think we will get him, but I really hope we can.

We need a 'QPR type' week if we're going to get the players in positions that we really need. Can't see it happening. Maybe two or three players.

So we won't sign anyone then? We don't seem to want to pay out to buy players. Please explain where I come across "mental" to you. Just stating an example.

We will sign a League One winger, a Championship centre-back, a centre-back from Serie B, and an attacking midfielder from Ligue 2 in France, all for the grand sum of £4million.

Daniel Powell, Scott Dann, Ogbonna (he was last year but was promoted, it still counts) and Ryan Mendes.
