Defence and Midfield to blame entirely for not running after the penalty was struck...amateur error ffs
It might have been a penalty, it might not, but the bottom line is Zamora was well into the penalty area before the kick, right in front of the ref, and so the score should be 1-0. We've been screwed by the ref here.
Think the pen's one where it's best not to give the ref the chance to give it. Whatever, we look a totally different side to last week. Playing some decent stuff
Positives: Bassong, Snodgrass, Pilkington, Johnson, Howson all look great Jackson showed me Holt looks mischevious Negatives: not enough 'The referee's a ****er'
We're ****. Very lucky to still be in this. If there aren't changes at half time, you'll win comfortably.
* SPOILER ALERT * If there's no change at half time, you'll be down to 9 men at 60 minutes (Hill gets sent off and Cisse punches Clattenburg)
Can you doubt a player every week?? To be fair, it was just a knock in, but he's doing what he does best- stretching the defence and working his arse off. Agree about the rest- I even think Barnett is playing pretty well. Garrido's passing is very neat and (touch wood) Martin seems to have improved his way of dealing with Hoilett. We're very unlucky not to be ahead here. Much as I thought it was a terrible signing, I really think QPR's best player has been Park- he looks good and they still look dangerous going forward.
MH has an appalling away record with you guys and it's not too hard to see why. Same as us, the defence looks a bit too dodgy at times and one or two individual errors can cost points, today it could be a Clint Hill error or 2nd yellow card that makes the difference.
