    We are sponsoring him along with South Today. He is going to do a weekly TV spot called "Yoshida's Castle". In this, Nigel Atkins will have to drive around in a tiny little battery operated car/kart thingy while Nicola Cortese and his Mafia cronies shoot water at him while he's trying to sign Ramirez. Tadadanari will be the "star" guest helping Nigel.

    A shockwave of optimism and sunlight has swept through Southampton today , they have bought an unknown central defender who has not played in the English leagues before , Ferguson was seen reaching for whiskey , Arsene for his clocks and Mancini was saying what have they done to deserve this......

    what is this crap some have here about not playing in the premiership before ? only 4 of our team have played in the premiership before last Sunday. If a player is good enough then they should be able to play in any league and play any formation

    Because people who don't know anything about football think that you can only be good if you've played in the Premier League.

    That, and people who enjoy having a good moan can use it as a little thing to have a shot at.

    He looked good when playing for Japan in the Olympics.

    If Nigel decides he is good enough or going to be then that is ok with me.
