Does anyone have an update on this deal? Got the spurs fans saying he's staying with them now and going to fight for his place! Yet the latest news reports say we've hit a snag but are still favourites to sign him by the weekend!!
By the sounds of it AVB is trying hard to get him out the door. He's been told he won't be a regular because they have enough defenders already.
I was thinking about this earlier, Spurs have lost 3 (maybe 4) CBs and I could only figure out 1 coming back in. I also couldn't think of too many full backs or even strikers. They have some good kids coming through but I'm starting to think that their squad is as deep as a paddling pool.
And they have 3 strikers including a guy I have never heard of before. So those defoe rumours are defoenitely bull****.

Hughes has said the deal has stalled and not going anywhere at the moment, but that it might change closer to transfer deadline day. Sounds like we aren't going to be held to ransom by anyone.

MH says it's off for Dawson and just gave a small chink of light saying this may change ... I would say it's off which means it's wasn't meant to happen IMO I am not keen on him
