    After the Atromitos game, Tim Krul and Mike Williamson threw their shirts into the small away following and then Alan Pardew came back out with the unused subs shirts and also threw those into the away end.

    In a similar display, Pardew's Greek counterpart threw some plates into the home end. <whistle>

    Nah but seriously, always a nice touch to do something like that, recognises the lengths some fans go to to support the team.

    He's a nice man really, he just likes linesmen doing their jobs properly :biggrin:

    Nice touch and probably in recognition of how well they treated on arrival by all accounts. Lovely people the Greeks.

    it's part of English culture to push people in fact his grand father was a linesman so he can't have done anything. probably Sunderland controlling the fa that's why.
