I think the Hewitt thing is just a rumour, yes he has the same colour hair but if you look on Diana's side of the family her brother still has a full head of hair and one of her sister's has similar colouring. Actually, whilst its true the royal family receive payments for government related public appearances etc. they pay a hell of a lot more money back in tax than they receive, and only a select few of the seniors get anything at all. The royal family are rich by their own rights, for example prince Charles owns his own company selling organic food and the queen owns a whole ****load of land which she rents as housing, farming, commercial etc. so really, we contribute **** all to prince Harry's lifestyle. Lay off him a bit, he's just a young whipper snapper like me trying to have a good time and enjoy himself. I'd be more worried if his idea of having fun was playing croquet eating chicken soup with croutons and truffles!

You're basing that on what exactly? For a start, you don't get "banged up" for that type of offence, you get bollocked, fined and warned about your future conduct. Especially Officers, because, 27 years old or not, that is not conduct becoming an officer. I've seen Officers have entire careers ruined for less than this, and non officers lose ranks, wages etc. He is NOT just a bloke on holiday, he is an officer in the British Army, he's the 3rd in line to our throne, he is 100% always representing our nation, and considering how much benefit this gives him, no, he doesn't deserve any *time off* from it. This was incredibly naive and shows really what a spoiled, **** of a playboy he is really. I'd also like to know where the security we are paying for this ****er was, they should be sacked. These arseholes shouldn't be allowed to do anything on their own, so his "team" should be spoken to as well.
